At the end of the Fiscal Year (June 30th), the Treasurer is required to present an annual financial report to all members of the property owners association.
The Report will usually be attached to the newsletter following the Fiscal Year Annual Meeting.

Section 4- Annual Accounting:
An annual report and account, including a statement of income and disbursements, shall be sent to the members no later than one-hundred-twenty (120) day’s after the close of the Association’s fiscal year (Deadline: October 28th).
