401 Spring Water Drive

We are Desmond Duncker & Leticia Allen. We have owned and lived in the house at 401 Spring Water Drive in Brevard since 2017, when we retired and moved here from New Jersey. We plan to travel extensively in 2027 and would like to rent out our home during this time.

Our house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, a two-car garage, tool room, and an unofficial “spare bedroom” in the basement. With many windows, glass doors and skylights, the home is spacious and full of light. There are decks on two sides and a small, enclosed porch. With 7+ acres of land, the house is in its own peaceful, quiet hollow far from the neighbors and with very little traffic. Our tap water comes from a well and passes through a filtration system, so it tastes great. The house has central air and heat, powered by a heat pump and auxiliary propane tank. Also on the property is a small cabin that functions as a short-term rental and is not included in the rental of the house.

The property is in the Lake Hondah development, off East Fork Road, close to Connestee Falls. We are 20 minutes from the town of Brevard, and about 10 minutes from Cedar Mountain and Dupont Forest in the other direction.

At this time, we will consider renting the house on a monthly or long-term basis and are open to renting it furnished or unfurnished.

For further information and to discuss rental options please contact us at: 401swd@Lakehondah.com
