Notice of Annual Meeting

Sunday, June 25th, 2023 at 3pm

The annual meeting is scheduled for Sunday, June 26th at 3:00 pm, at Lake Pointe Park (On Lake Wilson). You are welcome to bring your own refreshments and snacks.

Official business for the annual meeting is the election of 2 board members to serve three year terms.

Anyone nominated to the Board of Directors must be present at the meeting to acknowledge they are willing to serve or have submitted written notice of such to the Secretary, Rita Verlotta, prior to the meeting, in order to stand for election.

Eligibility to vote:

All property owners who have paid their assessments due to LHPOA thru the 2021-2022 fiscal year and whose deed has been recorded in the courthouse at least 21 days prior to the annual meeting are eligible to vote.

Proxies must be received the day before the Annual Meeting to be counted. If you are in doubt whether you can attend, please send in your proxy.
