The Lake Hondah Community was brainchild of Blaise Jacques. Initially owned by the Larson family (Henry & Hortense) Lake Hondah was initially sold to Blaise and sectioned off in 1973 as a religious camp / retreat for the Worldwide Church of God. It was then developed and incorporated as Lake Hondah in 1987 in 2 Phases & 3 Sections. There are 28 homes and 51 empty lots in the association.

In addition to the lots there is T.J. Wilson Lake and a pond that are surrounded by 5 acres of parkland common areas.

More information on the layout of this development may be seen on the Map section under the “About” menu options.
