PARK REGULATIONS
- This is private property. It is for the exclusive use of LHPOA members and their guests.
- Fires may be made only where facilities for such have been provided. All fires must be extinguished (cold to touch) before you leave the park.
- Please clean the area that you have used before you leave. Take all trash and litter with you when you leave.
- Swimming is not permitted at this time.
- Fishing is permitted, however all fish must be returned live to the lake.
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your animals before you leave the park.
- Please make every effort to keep noise to a minimum. The lake and surrounding hills form a sound trap, and loud noises are amplified. Be especially considerate if you have a radio or other such sound equipment.
- Overnight camping is permitted in Large Mouth Park only and by advance permission from the Board of Directors, who will issue written notice of such permission. Camping is allowed for a maximum of one week and 5 tents in the park. Campers are responsible for providing their own camping toilets if they don’t have access to a residence for toilet facilities. Cars must be parked so they don’t block the roads. Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 6 am.
For the use of the Park and Common Areas the Property Owner(s) agrees to hold harmless and covenants not to sue and waives and releases any and all claims and liabilities against LHPOA, its officers and directors, with respect to any and all injuries, disability, or loss or damage to person or property arising out of or related to the use of the Parks & Common Areas.
The Property Owner(s) further agrees to comply with the stated rules and conditions for participation in any activity at the Parks & Common Areas. That they are aware that there is a risk of injury and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of other participants.
